The mi2g Intelligence Unit analysis reveals the following detail in regard to the top ten victim countries of MyDoom infections based on economic damage estimates in terms of help desk support, false positives, overtime payments, contingency outsourcing, loss of business, bandwidth clogging, productivity erosion, management time reallocation, cost of recovery and software upgrades:
