Re: Extreme Weather's Result: Infrastructure and Harvest Damage plus Rising
Food Prices
It is not just a case of the extraordinary rainfall events and extreme weather
affecting the UK this summer. Observations of the alarming rise in sea levels
and storm surge events far outstrip the projections of the recent IPCC report,
whilst we are still haplessly short of data on precisely what is happening
to the Gulf Stream.

We need an international crisis meeting to be called for this autumn, involving
not only governments and UN agencies, but especially the international banking
and investment community. No continent is being left untouched. No community
is immune. The resources and planning effort required for sustainability need
co-operation to be on a co-ordinated and global scale, for serious medium
to long term planning as communities everywhere are threatened -- whether
they are the millions living with the threat of future drought in the Yellow
River Basin of China or the Indo-Gangetic plain -- and the reality of the
drought stricken farming areas of Australia and vast tracts of Africa, not
forgetting the storm challenged USA regions such as New Orleans or flood prone
Bangladesh.
Kind Regards
Elizabeth Marshall

Re: Climate Chaos, Potential Human Extinction and Our Thoughts, Intentions

Due to the extreme weather challenges we experience everywhere on the planet,
every one of us is called to honestly face three tough questions:

If we keep in mind with clarity the new understanding emerging today, that
our consciousness is connected to our environment, if we are ready to go deeper
than the level of our actions to the level of thought, feeling and intention,
we will observe an amazing correlation between the fluctuations of our individual
and collective consciousness and the weather. If we take this next step in
understanding, then we are suddenly much closer to a true solution. It then
becomes clear why quieting the mind and clearing away the clouds of fearful,
greedy, chaotic thinking is the way to reveal the natural harmony of human
consciousness, the peace, beauty and serenity inherent in us and -- through
the interrelatedness of all existence -- to see our physical environment calm
down and mirror that harmony back to us.
With love and best wishes
Aurora
